SOTTO VOCE PRODUCTIONS

THE MAGIC FLUTE: Sotto Voce’s first canonical opera production was W.A. Mozart’s The Magic Flute, presented on February 23rd and 25th 2024 at the UU Church of Buffalo. You can watch the full show at the link below.

THE SECOND SIGHT: Sotto Voce’s very first operatic production was the premiere of Jessie Downs’s The Second Sight in 2021. Watch the ‘teaser’ of this production below, or watch the full show HERE.

DIDO AND AENEAS: Another recent production by Sotto Voce’s Core Team members Jessie Downs and Alex Huddleston was Dido and Aeneas produced by the UU Church of Buffalo in 2023. Watch the famous Lament below, or view the full opera HERE.

L’Elisir D’Amore: Also in 2023, Jessie and Alex worked with New Jersey’s Opera Magnifico to produce the performance and recording of Donizetti’s L’elisir d’amore. Listen to the famous tenor aria “Una furtiva largrima” below, or watch the full opera HERE.
