2026-27 Season Auditions
Sotto Voce is now casting for our 2026-27 season.
The audition application form is due to us no later than Friday, September 4th, by 11:59pm. Applicants will be notified whether or not they have been granted an audition, as well as their audition days and times, by Monday September 7th.
In person auditions will be held Friday September 25th 6:30-10pm and Saturday September 26th, 1:30-5pm at the UU Church of Buffalo, NY, 695 Elmwood Ave.
For our 2026-27 season, we are focusing on a performance of Bizet’s Carmen in April 2027. We may or may not add a second show for summer of 2027, as we are currently planning a touring version of a past production at that time. Operas we are considering programming for the 2027-28 season include Don Giovanni and I Capuleti e i Montecchi, among others. All auditioning artists will be considered for both Carmen and any additional shows or concerts we may program at a later date.
